(Ahahaha…. Hi everyone. Sorry. I totally suck for not being on here since… like forever, but I’ve been busy with school and stuff. I’ll (eventually) get back into the swing of things and try to get back here… but that may take while (when this upcoming term ends, most likely. I heard the next half of my English class= living hell… ) I’m also a lazy bum when it comes to DA, and that doesn’t help either~. ANYWAY.)

Dear Lorelei, somebody kill me.

This is the reason why I’m on DA right now. To show this. It’s not done, but I need to complain/rant right now, cause I like to complain/rant, and *Amberspike-Sama is currently up north. So I can’t complain to her. And she’s the person I normally complain to. Grr. (You may choose at this time to skip down if you don’t want to read me rant/explain stuff) K, well since my town in the middle of nowhere is just strange, they holding Halloween on the 27th, as opposed to the 31st (Why? I have no idea. Well, it’s better than the other nearby town who’s celebrating Halloween on Sunday from noon to 3PM. Seriously, WHUT?). Me, being a procrastinator, really only started this on Thursday the 25th, since I had no school that day (I didn’t have school on Friday either). That was probably a bad idea. Long story short, my fingers hurt. So does my back. And my shoulders. And right now my eyes hurt too, cause I’m tired. And cause of all that, I really didn’t feel like wearing it all, so I laid it out on my messy bedroom floor/desk. Durrrrrrrrrrr.

Now, for something completely different.

This is my first attempt EVER doing something like this (K, I attempted Genis two years ago, but wasn’t as serious as this). For my first attempt, I think this is going pretty well, since I didn’t know how to sew really before starting this. Thanks goes out for two people; Erin M., who taught me how to sew (sorta), and my Mom (she actually knows how to use a sewing machine), who did the sewing on Rei’s red dress of DEATH and the yellow trim thing. Everything else I did on my own hand-sewed (besides the pants, which I randomly happened to have, and the base for the hat (I cut a straw hat I had)). I got shoes too, but I had to wear them on Wednesday since my class went on a field trip, and I’m too lazy to go downstairs and get them right now.

Things I still have to do on this include:
~Putting the tuning fork on the hat. I have no clue how that’s going to work yet, but I’LL FIGURE IT OUT!
~Putting the yellow line things that go on Rei’s dress.
~Fixing one of the dress sleeves.
~Putting a collar on the black… what do you even CALL that thing anyway?
~Detailing on said black thing.
~Gloves. I may go without them for Halloween, but I have yet to buy something that would work, and I don’t have any existing gloves that are close.
~Button thingys (I’m so descriptive, aren’t I?) that go on his collar/back of the black thing.
~Wig. Defiantly going without that tomorrow.
~… I think that’s all.

Uhh… The stuff I listened to while making all of this was rather interesting. Mostly NPR (ALL THINGS CONSIDERED! SCIENCE FRIDAY! WHOOOO!), Ra (lulz), random crap that was on T.V. (The Office/30 Rock/the news/documentaries on the Vikings/Crop circles), and musical soundtracks (NO ONE MOURNS THE WIIIIIICKKKKKKKEEEEEED). I suppose a bit of Phoenix Wright too.

I chose to do Reiner for a few reasons. First off, he’s high on my list of favorite characters (the ordering of who I like changes from day to day, but Rei is usually in my top 10, if not 5). Secondly, out of my favorite characters, he seemed the simplest to do (Okay, besides Florian. But him and his potato sack don’t count.). Thirdly, I decided I was going to do this a few months ago. Fourthly… Uhh…. I really don’t know. I guess I just felt like it, and I’m just dorky like that.

… Eh, I just realized that this has turned into a wall of text, pretty much.

Ahh… I think that’s it. I’m gonna go to sleep now and work on this tomorrow, I suppose. I probably won’t be checking back here until Tuesday or Wednesday, since I also have a paper/math experiment I still have to do, and my midterm exams (Yes, I’m having exams now, since my school is weird) are coming up. High school sucks, doesn’t it?

(On an ending note, the whole time I’ve been typing this, my PS2 has been on next to me, and since I’m in Yulia City looking at the character disk, the music has been playing the whole time, and I feel slightly loopy after listening to it for so long. 8D)
